Terms and Conditions of MTB Morocco Company

1. Booking and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
  • For bookings made within 60 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the tour start date to guarantee your participation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • More than 60 days before the tour start date: Full refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • 30 to 59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation by Company: If MTB Morocco must cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an option to reschedule the tour will be offered.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), we will offer a credit for a future tour or reschedule the tour, depending on the situation.

3. Changes to Itinerary

  • MTB Morocco reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen factors. We will always strive to offer an equivalent alternative.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and must provide proof of coverage before the tour starts.

5. Health and Fitness Requirements

  • Participants should have a moderate level of fitness and be in good health to join our tours. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform MTB Morocco of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

6. Liability

  • MTB Morocco will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, damage, loss, or theft of personal property during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings at all times.

7. Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other participants, staff, and local communities. MTB Morocco reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

8. Equipment and Damage

  • Participants are responsible for the care of the bikes and equipment provided by MTB Morocco. Any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence or misuse may result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacement.

9. Photography and Media

  • MTB Morocco reserves the right to use any photographs or video footage taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform us in advance.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by MTB Morocco will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
