  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the tour departure date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund available.
  • In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date or tour.
