Terms & Conditions for the Atlas Singletrack 5-Day Tour

1. Booking and Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date. If booking within 30 days of the tour, full payment is required upon booking.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will forfeit the deposit only.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the total tour cost.
  • In case of a cancellation by MTB Morocco, due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participants, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour date will be offered.

3. Travel Insurance:

  • All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers mountain biking activities, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations. Proof of insurance must be provided before the tour begins.

4. Health and Safety:

  • Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. This information is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

  • By participating in the tour, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with mountain biking and agree to participate at their own risk.

9. Photography and Media:

  • MTB Morocco reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us at the start of the tour.

10. Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and the environment. MTB Morocco reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

11. Complaints and Disputes:

  • Any complaints should be communicated to the tour leader during the tour to provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved, participants may submit a written complaint within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.
  • Any disputes arising from the tour shall be governed by the laws of Morocco, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
